The presence of Tropical Cyclone 02W (AGATON) now attaining
Tropical Storm strength...moving WNW across Western Micronesia
and into the Philippine Sea.
Possible light to moderate rains and isola-
ted thunderstorms can be expected along the eastern sections of the
Philippines (Cagayan down to Surigao) if 02W's outer rainbands reaches
the area and/or the late-season NE Monsoon strengthens.
